Biography
Joshua Simoes (RAM) The seventh Pettman organ scholar at the London Oratory. He began his musical education as a chorister at Westminster Abbey, singing in a wide range of services and recordings, and most notably at the Royal Wedding in 2011. He began learning the organ at Harrow School, and from 2017 has studied at the Royal Academy of Music with Prof. David Titterington. During his undergraduate years, he received several prizes and awards at the Academy and is now pursuing a Masters degree in organ performance there. He has received generous support from The Countess of Munster Trust and the Eric Thompson Trust. In 2020 he was a prize winner at the International Organ Competition of Northern Ireland.
